The registration for the 2026 Presidents Cup competition is OPEN! Teams can follow the links below to register.

Please note the following application closing dates:

Presidents Cup 11U-18/19U – Wednesday, March 18th, 2026 (11:59 pm)

Late applications will not be accepted.

Application Fee: 12U- 18/19U Boys & Girls Teams – $675. 11U Boys & Girls Teams ONLY – $575. Application Fee includes the game fee for the FIRST game (Referee fees are additional)

1. Read and agree to the 2026 Mid-Atlantic Presidents Cup Requirement (1st page of registration)

2. Gather your Team ID from your 2025-2026 Official MSYSA Travel Roster

3. Complete Registration in GotSport

4. Pay $675.00 Registration fee per 12U-18/19U team or Pay $575 per 11U team ONLY

5. Agree to the 2026 Presidents Cup Game Fees Policy (during registration)

6. Read and agree to the 2026 Presidents Cup Rules (during registration)

All Presidents Cup dates listed are to be considered tentative except for roster freeze dates and applications.  Changes can and will be made based on field availability, numbers, weather, and other considerations.

Each year, a randomized draw is used to seed the teams competing at Maryland Presidents Cup. We encourage teams to watch the draw together to learn about any new changes at the Presidents Cup from years past, and build camaraderie in preparation for the competition ahead.

2026 Presidents Cup Draws:

A full recap video of the Presidents Cup Live Draw events will be posted here during the week following the completion of that Cups’ Live Draw. The 2025 Presidents Cup Draw video (below) will be viewable until the 2026 Draw takes place on Wednesday, March 25th.

CREATE, PRINT, AND EDIT ROSTERS

Presidents Cup Rosters 

All participating teams MUST have an official Presidents Cup Roster which the coach or manager will bring to each game. For games where an official MSYSA Representative is not present, the HOME team will receive a copy of the Game Card/Match Report via email from the Cup Director 24-72 hours prior to your upcoming match.

APPROVAL PROCESS FOR THE 2025 PRESIDENTS CUP

1. Presidents Cup Rosters will be created by the MSYSA State Office by a process of “cloning” your 2025-26 MSYSA Official Travel Roster. Team Officials/Coaches WILL NOT create your own Presidents Cup Roster.
2. Rosters will be “cloned” on  April 2nd for Boys (11U-18U) and March 26th for Girls groups (11U-18U)
3. Rosters for the 19U age group will be “cloned” on April 23rd.
4. PRIOR to the “cloned” date, please contact your Club Administrator to be sure that your 2025-26 MSYSA Official Travel Rosters are correct.
5. AFTER the “cloned” date, teams will have the ability to revise (through your club admin) your roster prior to the FINAL FREEZE date
   • 11U-18U: (Boys Freeze Date: April 9th, Girls Freeze Date: April 2nd)
   • 19U Boys and Girls Freeze Date: April 30th 
6. You may ONLY have PRIMARY players and/or Club Pass players who do not appear on another State Cup or Presidents Cup roster with a TOTAL of 22 players for 13U-19U teams and up to 16 players for 11U-12U teams.
7. All rosters will be “cloned” to your Presidents Cup Roster using the above Roster limitations and rules. All regular roster rules also apply.
8. Once your roster has been cloned and you have no changes, there is no further action required. However, if additional changes/approvals are needed to your roster AFTER the cloning date but BEFORE the freeze date, or you need to submit ANY questions, you will need to submit a Support Ticket in GotSport using the form: MSYSA (Maryland) 2026 Presidents Cup/ Regional & National Presidents Competition Team Support/Approval Ticket.

 

How to PRINT your Official Presidents Cup Roster

• For games where an official MSYSA Representative is not present, the HOME team will receive a copy of the Game Card/Match Report via email from the Cup Director 24-72 hours prior to your upcoming match. Please print the Cup Game Card/Match Report from the received email and bring it to the match.
• PRIOR to each match, please print your Official State or Presidents Cup Roster, and bring a copy to each match. Instructions can be found HERE
  • ​Only APPROVED players will show up to print. Only APPROVED rosters will be visible to print. Please contact your club administrator if a player is missing from your roster.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CREATE any Roster information during the registration process.
• ONLY Primary rostered players may participate in State Cup.
• If you have any Secondary players on your 2025-2026 MSYSA Travel Player Registration Roster that you want to play in State Cup or Presidents Cup, contact your Club Administrator to get the player eligible to be added to your team as Primary BEFORE the above roster clone date. 
• Club Pass Players are NOT PERMITTED in State Cup!
• Club Pass Players ARE PERMITTED in Presidents Cup.
• You MUST bring a copy of your Official MSYSA State Cup or Presidents Cup Roster (after approval by the MSYSA State Office) to each game along with a copy of all your teams’ player passes. Instructions can be found HERE
• Delete non-participants from each game’s Game Card by crossing the player’s name out on the actual Game Card.
• To submit a Support Ticket or Request for approval for your PRESIDENTS CUP roster, please use this form: MSYSA (Maryland) 2026 Presidents Cup/ Regional & National Presidents Competition Team Support/Approval Ticket.

PRESIDENTS CUP RULES

NOTE: MSYSA Presidents Cups are governed by the Rules of the Competition, which also align with US Youth Soccer Rules and Policies for the Regional and National level competition. By registering for Presidents Cup, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the Rules of Competition and agree to abide by them in their entirety.

To let us know about a possible scheduling conflict please complete and submit the form below ON or BEFORE the Schedule Consideration deadline dates listed on the Presidents  Cup Calendar.

Every effort will be made to accommodate your request. However, due to the scale of the competition and limitations of resources, not all requests will be granted. Teams are expected to play in their match as originally scheduled in the event that we are unable to accommodate a request.

Please note – pursuant to US Youth Soccer National Championships Policy Rule 106: National Championships Competition games shall take precedence over all other youth games.

PLEASE NOTE:

• It is the responsibility of team officials (coach/manager) to check the website for any schedule updates and additions.
• Only games in the single elimination phase of the Presidents Cup (Play-In games & Round of 16 games) will be scheduled or displayed where applicable.
• Any games or any individual age groups that are not displayed have not currently been scheduled!
• If no field location and time stamp is listed, that game HAS NOT currently been scheduled. A generic date will be present as a placeholder ONLY until the game is scheduled.
• Quarterfinal group play pools will be finalized after the completion of the Round of 16 games. As such you will see incomplete information if you select the Quarterfinal stage schedule links. Each Group play pool will eventually have 4 teams competing in a round-robin format, playing three games in total vs. the other teams in the pool.
