SAC 2011 Premier Blue and World Class Premier battled it out scoreless for most of the 80 minute match with numerous shots on goal and multiple saves from the respective keepers. It seemed certain that we were going to extra time until SAC’s Will Easter redirected a loose ball headed away by a WCP defender off a service from SAC’s Ozaana Kirabo in the final minutes of the match to bring home a 1-0 win for SAC. SAC’s defenders consisting of Preston Rhine, Dominic Williams, Duncan Simms, Sam White and Landon Dempsey along with keepers Liam Babin and Eduardo Munoz helped thwart the relentless attacks from the WCP offense to bring home the clean sheet.

World Class Premier was not only an excellent opponent showing excellent sportsmanship before, during and after the match but the staff (especially their wonderful manager) was simply a delight to interact with when it came to scheduling amidst the crazy weather related delays and cancellations.
