All players registering with MSYSA for a Travel Player Pass (Recreation players do not need player passes) must provide all of the below items:
- Upload an acceptable Proof of Age document (CLICK HERE to see acceptable document details).
- Upload a PLAYER PHOTO.

ACCEPTABLE PHOTO HEAD-SHOTS FOR PLAYERS/COACHES/TEAM OFFICIALS
One of the most common mistakes made during the registration process is uploading a photo that doesn’t meet the acceptable criteria. This is even more critical when using the GotSport platform due to their improved Single User Accounts/Sign In.
Some very important things to keep in mind when uploading an acceptable photo:
A great head-shot will be:
- Front-facing, looking at the camera (no hats/sunglasses)
- In good lighting
- One individual in the photo (no team photos)
- A head & shoulders shot (no full-length or action photos)
- A clear photo with no obstructions (avoid very blurry photos)
- Fully clothed (no swimsuits, etc.)
