REGISTRATION FAQ’S
- What age registration cutoff date does the League follow?
- Starting with the 2026-2027 seasonal year, age groups will be formed using the August 1st through July 31st window

- What information do I need to register my team?
- It is not necessary to have your 2026/27 roster in order to register. Step-by-step instructions for how to register a team are available in the UCL Registration guide.
- My team doesn’t have field access, can I still join the UCL?
- Absolutely! MSYSA will work with your club/team to help secure access to fields, as necessary.
- After I register my team, what is next?
- Teams will begin to be placed within divisions based on the information provided during the registration process. Prior to the start of the season, divisions will be released for feedback from club and team leadership.
- How do I complete the COI process?
- Requests should be sent to jessica@msysa.org and may take up to five (5) business days to process. Please include the following with each request:
- Full facility name
- Full street address
- Name and email for any person(s) receiving a copy of the COI
- Any special clauses that must be included
- Information supporting that the intended use is within MSYSA guidelines

- I have player cards and an approved roster from another provider, how do I submit it to the League?
- To have your roster sourced in, please contact jessica@msysa.org. While all participants are required to be known by MSYSA (i.e., are to be properly registered), there is no additional cost for players, coaches, and teams that are already properly registered for the current seasonal year with another Organization Member of U.S. Soccer.
