Responsibilities: Ensures that competitions are well organized administratively, that stakeholders are informed, and that all relevant administrative components remain active, up to date, and compliant.

Responsibilities: Oversight of the Coaching Education Department, Olympic Development Program and Summer Soccer Academy. Technical lead for all soccer and coach related matters for all our affiliated clubs and leagues.

Director of Affiliate Logistics
Responsibilities: Directs and oversees all matters related to GotSport, Membership & Affiliation, Referee Assigning & Referee Pay.

Bri Nardone
Marketing and Communications Manager bri@msysa.org
Responsibilities: Leads the strategy and execution of MSYSA’s marketing, communications, and digital presence to promote programs, events, and initiatives across Maryland and D.C.

Greg Smith
Executive Director
Responsibilities: Provides strategic leadership and oversight of the organization’s operations, programs, and long-term vision, ensuring alignment with its mission and impact goals.
