MANDATORY COMPLIANCE
MSYSA places the safety of our children as a top priority. Collectively, we are responsible for providing a playing environment that is healthy, non-threatening, and free from emotional, physical, or sexual abuse. Mandatory Compliance ensures all registered adults take steps to be cleared to work with the children as part of our risk management plan.

TOURNAMENT PERMISSIONS
Details regarding playing in sanctioned tournaments outside the East Region (South, West & Midwest) or participation in non-USYS Sanctioned Tournaments
REFEREES
All EDP, MSYSA State Cup, President’s Cup, and ODP Invitational Event matches taking place within Maryland and D.C. will be assigned by the Maryland State Youth Soccer Association (MSYSA). Click here for more information about U.S Soccer Referee Certification and to register as referee with MSYSA
