APPLICATION INFORMATION
Please note the following application closing dates:
State Cup 11U-18/19U – Wednesday, February 4th, 2026 (11:59 pm)
Presidents Cup 11U-18/19U – Wednesday, March 18th, 2026 (11:59 pm)
Late applications will not be accepted.
Application Fee: 12U-19U Boys & Girls Teams – $675. 11U Boys & Girls Teams ONLY – $575.
Cups Fees Information
PLEASE NOTE: TEAMS/CLUBS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MULTIPLE PAYMENTS THROUGHOUT THE CUP TOURNAMENT:
- Application Fee: $575 per 11U team or $675 per 12U-18U team. This fee includes the first game played for each team (inc. Play-In games)
- Game Fees: $275 per game. Each game AFTER the first game will be $275, payable by credit card (in GotSport) by 9:00 am the Thursday before each game.
- 2026 Referee Fees (per game): Referee fees are payable by credit card (in GotSport) by 9:00 am the Thursday before each game, based on the following fee table:
- 11U-12U: $95 per team (C$80/AR$55)
- 13U-14U: $100 per team (C$90/AR$55)
- 15U-16U: $110 per team (C$110/AR$55)
- 17U-19U: $115 per team (C$120/AR$55)
PLEASE NOTE: There will be an additional $5.00 MSYSA Processing Fee for each Referee Fee transaction for each team, each game.

1. Read and agree to the 2024 Eastern Presidents Cup Requirement (1st page of registration and HERE)
2. Gather your Team ID from your 2025-2026 Official MSYSA Travel Roster
3. Complete Registration in GotSport
4. Pay $675.00 Registration fee per 12U-19U team or Pay $575 per 11U team ONLY
5. Agree to the 2026 Presidents Cup Game Fees Policy (during registration)
6. Read the 2026 Presidents Cup Quarter-Final Format (during registration)
7. Read and agree to the 2026 Presidents Cup Rules (during registration)
