This year, MSYSA ODP players had the incredible opportunity to travel internationally with our partners at WorldStrides Sports! Four groups embarked on unforgettable journeys: the 2013/2012 Boys traveled to Manchester, England; the 2013/2012 Girls explored London, England; and the 2011/2010 Boys and Girls experienced the vibrant culture of Barcelona, Spain.
While abroad, players fully immersed themselves in both the local culture and the international soccer scene. Highlights from the trips included beach soccer training sessions along Spain’s beautiful coast, a visit to the stunning Sagrada Família, a walking tour through the heart of London, an exciting excursion to Wrexham, and the unforgettable experience of attending professional soccer matches and stadium tours.
Beyond the games and tours, players had the chance to bond with their teammates, creating lifelong memories during this once-in-a-lifetime experience. We are proud to see our ODP players represent MSYSA on a global stage and grateful to our partners at WorldStrides Sports for helping make these incredible opportunities possible!
