APPLICATION INFORMATION

Applications for the 2025 Maryland State & Presidents Cup for ALL age groups will be open on Friday, January 3rd- see graphic links below (Links will ONLY be live on January 3rd)

Please note the following application closing dates:

State Cup 11U-18U – January 28th, 2025 (11:59 pm)

Presidents Cup 11U-18U – March 19th, 2025 (11:59 pm)

State Cup/Presidents Cup 19U – April 14, 2025 (11:59 pm)

Late applications will not be accepted.

Application Fee: 12U-19U Boys & Girls Teams – $675. 11U Boys & Girls Teams ONLY – $525. 

Cups Fees Information

PLEASE NOTE: TEAMS/CLUBS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MULTIPLE PAYMENTS THROUGHOUT THE CUP TOURNAMENT:

  1. Application Fee: $525 per 11U team or $675 per 12U-18U team. This fee includes the first game played for each team (inc. Play-In games) 
  2. Game Fees: $275 per game. Each game AFTER the first game will be $275, payable by credit card (in GotSport) by 9:00 am the Thursday before each game.
  3. 2025 Referee Fees (per game): Referee fees are payable by credit card (in GotSport) by 9:00 am the Thursday before each game, based on the following fee table:
  • 11U-12U: $90 per team (C$70/AR$55)
  • 13U-14U: $95 per team (C$80/AR$55)
  • 15U-16U: $105 per team (C$100/AR$55)
  • 17U-19U: $110 per team (C$110/AR$55)

​PLEASE NOTE:  There will be an additional $5.00 MSYSA Processing Fee for each Referee Fee transaction for each team, each game.

1. Read and agree to the 2025 Eastern Regional Championship Requirement (1st page of registration and HERE)

2. Gather your Team ID from your 2024-2025 Official MSYSA Travel Roster

3. Complete Registration in GotSport

4. Pay $675.00 Registration fee per 12U-19U team or Pay $525 per 11U team ONLY

5. Agree to the 2025 State Cup Game Fees Policy (during registration)

6. Read the 2025 State Cup Quarter-Final Format (during registration)

7. Read and agree to the 2025 State Cup Rules (during registration)
