What if I forget my password?

From the login screen, select your username and click “Forgot Your Password?” to reset.

Where can medical releases be printed?

Medical releases can be found in “forms” when you’re logged into your profile.

Admins can find the releases under “Club Management -> Players -> Forms” from the dashboard.

Coaches/managers can get their medical release from a club administrator or parent.

I looked in the FAQ, but I still need help. Where do I go?
