The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.
ONLY players that are playing, or attempting to play, for professionally affiliated clubs require an International Transfer.
The international registration process varies based on when the child came to the US and started participating in daily life - not necessarily their current age. For more detailed information, please click on the applicable age group and citizenship status below.
The international transfer can take up to approximately two months. Players are encouraged to initiate the process early to ensure their ability to play in the season they desire.

Documentation and the P-10 Form must be submitted to MSYSA for approval by US Soccer.
Players that are attempting to register with a club for the first time should submit the First Registration Form to MSYSA. After processing, US Soccer will reach out to the appropriate foreign national association to confirm no prior registrations. If confirmed, or if no response is received within seven days, the player will be cleared to register with MSYSA.
Players that have previously been registered with a club abroad must complete the Minors International Clearance Process and submit the ITC 5-11 Form. Please visit US Soccer's Minors Process page for a list of required documentation.
Players must complete the Minors International Clearance Process regardless of whether or not they have been registered abroad. Players registering for the first time must submit the First Registration Form and players that have previously been registered must submit the ITC 5-11 Form with other required documentation. Please visit US Soccer's Minors Process page for a list of required documentation.
Players registering for the first time must submit the First Registration Form and players that have previously been registered must submit the ITC 5-11 Form with other required documentation. If no response is received within 30 days, a Provisional ITC will be issued to allow the player to register immediately.
