The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

Players

Players must contact their club to register directly with them. Contact details for all MSYSA affiliate clubs can be found here: CLUB CONTACT DETAILS

Club Administrators

All recreational players are required to be registered in GotSport. Clubs will pay a registration fee of $7.75 per player, per year.

MSYSA hosts registration windows August 1-September 15 and March 1-April 15 to accommodate varying registration periods across the state. A spreadsheet containing all information required from USYS for all registered recreational players MUST be uploaded into GotSport for submission to MSYSA prior to the end of the registration window. If you have questions or need help uploading players please contact Jessica Hafer at registration@msysa.org or 410-330-8692

PLEASE NOTE:

  • We recommend that you work with your database provider to ensure that all the required information gets exported.
  • Clubs should do their best to minimize the number of spreadsheets uploaded to GotSport each year.
  • In the event that a club must upload multiple spreadsheets, it is the responsibility of the club to remove duplicate player registrations to avoid additional registration fees.
  • Spreadsheets MUST be uploaded into GotSport for submission to MSYSA prior to the end of the registration window. Full instructions on how to UPLOAD PLAYERS into GotSport can be found HERE.
  • Please click here to download a template for the database.

Players are not considered properly registered, and therefore not covered by insurance, until both the spreadsheet and payment have been received from the club.
