Counterpress Modules:


Counter-pressing is a very important principle in the modern game, but it can be difficult to teach to your players. This module will first teach what a counter-press is, and will then teach you how to execute 4 different types of counter-pressing: lane-oriented, man-oriented, ball-oriented, and space-oriented. As always, the module concludes with a quiz to challenge your Soccer IQ and review what you have learned.
