The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

Transfer Policy

Requests to transfer from any course to another should be sent to the Director of Coaching Education. Transfer requests will only be approved if the following criteria are met: 

  • Written request by the candidate is received more than three (3) weeks prior to the beginning of the course
  • Full payment has been received by the state office and successfully processed
  • The established minimum number of candidates is maintained in the original class and the requested class has room for additional candidates. 

Refund Policy

Notice of intent to withdraw from a course should be sent to the Director of Coaching Education. A candidate may withdraw from any course and have the application fee returned provided that the following criteria are met:

  • Written request by the candidate is received more than three (3) weeks prior to the beginning of the course
  • Full payment has been received by the state office and successfully processed
  • The established minimum number of candidates is maintained in the course

If the application fee was paid via credit card then a service charge of $5.00 will be deducted from the refunded application fee.
