2021 MSYSA AGM - Sunday, August 15th, 2021 @ The MSYSA State Office
The 2021 MSYSA Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday, August 15th, 2021 from 4:00 PM-6:00PM at the MSYSA State Office (3060 Route 97, Glenwood, Maryland 21738) in the atrium.
The agenda of the Annual General meeting will be:
- Call to Order
- Roll Call/Credentials
- Reading of the Minutes & Acceptance
- Reports of Committees
- Proposed Amendments to the Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws and Policies
- Unfinished Business
- New Business
- Election of Officers
- Good of the Game
Annual General Meeting Changes:
While the MSYSA Board of Directors voted unanimously on May 15th, 2019 to change the AGM from summer to winter each year, the global pandemic has fored the 2021 AGM to be held later in the summer to ensure that everyone could attend safely. The 2022 MSYSA AGM will look to be held in May/June 2022 and then the 2023 AGM will look to be held in the winter of 2023.

Affiliate Vote Count
In order for an individual to be eligible to cast a vote for an affiliate member club or league, an official (e.g. Board Chair/President/Club Director etc.) from the affiliate member club or league must either submit a delegate list to the MSYSA office via e-mail: email@example.com, on club letterhead or hand in the delegate list at the AGM during check-In.
The affiliate vote counts for the 2021 AGM will be provided in the near future.
