All State Cup Dates listed are to be considered tentative (not including roster freeze dates or application deadlines).  Changes can and will be made based upon field availability, numbers, weather and other considerations.  When a match can not be played on the originially scheduled date or round, it will be moved to the next date listed as a State Cup date, regardless of the round listed.

Sunday, July 19th, 2009 - The 2010 Maryland State Cup Dates and Application become available

Wednesday, September 16th, 2009 - State Cup Application Deadline for U13; all applications must be completed (including payment) and postmarked by 9/16/09

Saturday, September 26th, 2009 - U13 State Cup Draw - MSYSA State Office in Millersville, MD. 

U13 Boys will start at 7:00pm and the U13 Girls will start at 8:00 pm. 

Although the rules below say that the draw is mandatory, the State Cup Committee has decided to make the draw optional.  All teams are responsible for the information presented at the draw, including the pick up of the official State Cup ball and blue rosters, even if your team opts out of this date.
