Credit Card Payment
    Clubs that set up Online Registration and offer credit cards as a form of payment must have an ACH Wire Transfer form on file with Affinity Sports. This form provides ADG the information needed to wire funds collected during online registration to the Club's bank account. ADG has provided a copy of the ACH Wire Transfer Form for completion by the Club, and submission via FAX to ADG.
