Jessica "Jess" Baynton, currently holds a USSF National D License, and coaches at various club teams throughout MD and DC. Jess is currently the Head Coach at St. John's College High School in Washington D.C. Previously Jess has had private training experience with national pool players from the U15 and U16 GNT. Jess also served as the Head Coach of St. Mary's in Annapolis for 2 years from 2014-2016. She led the team to back to back IAAM Conference titles. 
 
A native of Surrey, England Jess played club soccer in 5 different European countries, England, Spain, Italy, Austria, France and Greece. She played for 4 years at college in the United States, and then moved into a coaching role immediately after graduating. She took a position in her native England as Head of Player Development for Mole Valley Recreational teams, during this time she undertook her FA Level 1 and FA level 2. Jess then moved back to the United States and took a Academy Coaching and High School Head Coach position in Baltimore, Maryland, where she led the Saints to an undefeated 16-0-0 season in her first year, during her second year she led the Saints to a undefeated conference record, and finished with a coaching record of 32-2-0, with 2 conference titles. At the beginning of 2016, Jess accepted the Head Coach position at St. John's College High School.

Harvey Livingston who goes by “Trey” was inducted into the NSCAA National 30 Under 30 program and is the Montgomery College Head Soccer Coach. This is his 5th year with the MC program and he has been the Associate Head Coach the past three years. He also spent 2010 to 2012 helping on the Georgetown staff after an extensive collegiate playing career. He served as the Director of Soccer Operations and helped the team with everything from game day management, travel, marketing, video analysis, and promotions, while also performing many administrative and logistical duties. In 2011, the squad posted a record of 10-5-4 and made the Big East Tournament. The team received the NSCAA College Team Academic Award which requires a 3.0 GPA or higher.  In 2010, he was part of the of the Staff that captured Big East (Blue) Division title and made it to the 2nd round of the NCAA Tournament with a record of 12-6-2. The coaches also received Big East Co-Coaching Staff of the year honors and the team received the NSCAA College Team Academic Award, while ending the season with a high rated RPI of 16. During his time at Georgetown 7 players were selected in the Major League Soccer (MLS) Draft. While performing duties as the Director of Soccer Operations with the Georgetown University Soccer program, he earned a master’s degree of professional studies in the Sports Industry Management program with a concentration in Strategic Marketing, Communications, and New Media with a 3.5 GPA.

A four-year letter winner and a three-year starter at Howard University, Livingston was also named to the All-Atlantic Soccer Conference and All Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference academic team every year. During his tenure at Howard, the Bison spent time in the Division 1 NSCAA Regional Rankings of the North Atlantic for the first time in nearly a decade. Livingston graduated magna cum laude with honors in 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in leisure studies and minored in economics with an overall 3.7 GPA. 

Livingston has been a coach with the D.C. United Academy Program and worked as a Site Coordinator for D.C. United Summer Camps and its non-profit program, United Soccer Club that helps inner-city kids learn the sport of soccer and nutrition with healthy lifestyles. He holds the highest coaching education for the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) and the United States Soccer Federation (USSF). He works with the Bethesda Soccer Club on the Youth and ECNL Staff and Head Coach.

Cynthia (Gamboa) Walsh currently holds a USSF National D License and NSCAA Level 6 Diploma. She coached for the Girls Academy at DC Stoddert Soccer Club for U11-U12 girls from March 2013-June 2015. In addition, she trained several recreational teams in the Washington, D.C. area as well as privately trained individuals. She is currently the assistant coach for the Severn School girls’ varsity soccer program in Severna Park as well as the assistant coach for the OPSA Magic ‘99 girls.
 
Growing up in Reisterstown, Maryland, Cynthia played soccer at the club, high school, college, and semi-professional levels. She played two seasons for the ASA Chesapeake Charge Women’s WPSL team from 2010-2011. Prior to that, Cynthia played Division I college soccer for the George Washington University women’s team from 2007-2010 where she was captain in her senior year. During high school, she played all four years for the varsity women’s soccer team at Notre Dame Prep in Towson, MD where she helped the program win its first and only IAAM “A” Conference Championship in her freshman year. She also played for the Maryland State Olympic Development Program from 2000-2001.

Coach Jill was a professional soccer player for 16 years in Japan, Sweden, Italy (2-time Italian champions), Germany and Switzerland. She represented the United States National Team in 1998 and was All-American while playing for N.C. State University. During her tenure at N.C. State, the Wolfpack won the ACC Championship in 1988 and went to the NCAA Championship finals. She was inducted into the Springbrook High School Hall of Fame in 2015.  She holds a USSF B license and currently coaches four travel teams: two 2001 Olney Freedom teams (Blue/Orange) in NCSL and the 2007 and 2008 Mustangs in OBSL. Jill has coached with OBGC since 2009. In addition, she has been on the MD ODP staff since 2011 and works for Brit-Am Soccer Academy.

Laurie George has 15 years of colligate coaching experience at the Division I level and three years at the Division III. She worked for three years at The College of New Jersey where she won a National Championship in early in her career. Additional coaching experience includes working six years at Clemson University from 2001-2007 and nine years at the University of Maryland from 2007- Fall 2015.

She is currently a member of the Maryland ODP coaching staff, Region I coaching staff , US Youth National Team Soccer Training Centers Staff, and was a former professional goalkeeper with the Philadelphia Charge in the WUSA. Laurie currently holds the NSCAA National shutout record with 57 career shutouts. She is a 3 time All-American from Georgian Court College. Laurie has her USSF A License and her NSCAA Advanced National Goalkeeper License.
 
Laurie has worked at all levels of the game from youth soccer to national team level. The former Laurie Pells married her husband Ryan on May 23, 2009. The couple has two young daughters, Ashley and Katelyn, and currently live in Ellicott City, Md.

Brent Duffy enters his fifth season working with Maryland ODP as an assistant girls' goalkeeper coach. Having spent the previous three seasons working with the U-13 age group under the direction of Head Coach Steve Senna, Duffy aims to help build a solid foundation for MD ODP GKs.

In addition to his work with ODP, he currently serves as the head coach of the boys' soccer program at West York Area High School in York, PA. Duffy has coached at various levels in both the male and female arenas. He has previously served as the head coach of the girls' program at Kennard-Dale High School in Stewartstown, PA while also formerly spending multiple seasons coaching club with FC York. Duffy has also spent time working as the goalkeeper coach for the York College of Pennsylvania women's soccer program.

A 2007 graduate of York College of Pennsylvania with a bachelor's degree in Sport Management, Duffy holds a National Diploma from the NSCAA as well as a USSF National D License.

He currently resides in York, PA with his wife, Natalie, and their twin daughters, Cameron and Alivia.
