MSYSA Programs Administrator: Job Announcement

 

The Maryland State Youth Soccer Association is seeking applications for the Programs Administrator position. This is a full-time position with benefits within the state office (Glen Burnie, MD).

The Maryland State Youth Soccer Association (MSYSA) Programs Administrator works with the Olympic Development Program (ODP) and other programs.  This position, in working with the MSYSA Programs Director, ensures that all MSYSA programs are organized and efficiently implemented. This position is responsible for administering special outreach programs and for assisting with affiliate requests, the membership database, international clearance requests, tournament sanctioning and additional duties as assigned.  The Programs Administrator reports to the MSYSA Programs Director.  Some evening and weekend hours are required.

Required Qualifications:

-Highly organized

-Self-motivated

-Strong administrative skills

-Fluent with technology (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite, Social Media)

 

Preferred Qualifications:

-Played the sport of soccer

-Coached the sport of soccer

-Earned coaching license(s) in soccer

-Bilingual (English, Spanish)
