Per the Maryland State Youth Soccer Association By-Laws and the conditions of affiliation, affiliates are required to submit certain criteria each seasonal year (i.e. recreational fees and database if applicable, travel fees, if applicable, and affiliation fees, if applicable). Affiliation fees are due by all affiliates who did not attend the June 23, 2012 AGM. These fees must be received by September 30, 2012 to avoid the affiliate of being placed in bad standing. Organizations that have not paid this fee will not be able to roster and card travel players, participate in certain events, to include but not limited to, league participation and State/Presidents Cup registrations. Additionally, insurance coverage will be suspended.
As of October 1, 2012, MSYSA affiliates who have not paid their affiliation fee for non-attendance have been locked out of the registration system.
