*Re-testing
Candidate’s, who have earned a State “D” license as of 1/1/08, may arrange to be re-tested at another “D” course after waiting six months by contacting the state’s Director of Coaching.
There is a $25 processing fee for re-testing.
Re-testing does not automatically qualify the candidate for a National “D” license.
Candidates who have earned a State D License prior to 1/1/08:
The present D course follows the USSF national curriculum. The curriculum, testing topics and testing procedures are significantly different than what was taught prior to 2008. Candidates who earned a State “D”prior to 1/1/08 have two options for re-testing. First, candidates are strongly encouraged to retake the course in order to familiarize them self with the change in the course curriculum at the pro-rated cost of $90.
Second, candidates also have the option of attending only the practice teaching session and the final field test session. Regardless of which option a coach may choose the cost of resting for these candidate will be a pro-rated at $90. (After August 2009 coaches who earned a State D license prior to 2008 will have to retake the entire course at the pro-rated fee.)
