The Region I Presidents Cup will take place in Saratoga Springs, New York on Memorial weekend, May 28th- May 31st. The following teams will represent Maryland in the following age groups:
U14 Girls - Bethesda Threat
U15 Girls - Bowie Soccer United Explosion
U16 Girls - Bethesda Force
U17 Girls - ASA Vipers
U13 Boys - Severna Park Green Hornets Fever
U14 Boys - St Marys United
U16 Boys - Laurel Wildcats
U17 Boys - Calverton Cosmos
Games begin on Saturday, May 29th – each team has 2 games – each team has one game on Sunday and the Semi-Finals will be played Sunday afternoon – all finals will be held on Monday, May 31st.
Semi-Finals games will be played at the site round robins games were played – All finals will be played at Clifton Commons.
The US Youth Soccer President Cup Finals will be played in Murfreesboro, TN, July 2010.
The US Youth Soccer Presidents Cup provides a progressive, competitive experience to US Youth Soccer teams from the state to regional to national level. The Presidents Cup gives players an additional opportunity to compete against teams from across the country at a high level for the joy and the challenge of the game. It provides the chance to experience a unique US Youth Soccer event with camaraderie, community and competition through sport.
